I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Baldwin Wallace University outside of Cleveland, OH. I teach courses in clinical psychology, health psychology, research methods, and statistics. I direct the Health and Well-being Lab which centers around motivating health behaviors to improve well-being and prevent chronic illness. I received my PhD in clinical psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA with professors Dr. Todd Kashdan, Dr. Jerome Short, and Dr. Patrick McKnight through the Well-being Lab. Afterward, I completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Affective Science at Kent State University in Kent, OH with professor Dr. Karin Coifman through the Clinical Affective Science Lab. In addition to my teaching and research experiences, I have expertise in statistics and data analysis for psychological science - check out my applied statistics blog and R packages!
